Terms and Conditions

Eye Level/Daekyo America, Inc. is the sponsor (“Eye Level” or “Sponsor”) of the event. The Eye Level Critical Thinking Challenge (the “Event” or “Competition”) is a totally skill-based event where children (“Participants” or “Participant”) in teams of two compete against each other to solve different critical thinking problems and activities that Eye Level will facilitate. There will be two rounds to the Competition: The first round will take place at a local participating Eye Level Learning Center. The first round will take place on the dates noted on www.criticalthinkingchallenge.com. The winners from each Eye Level Learning Center will move on to the second round of competition in five designated regions of the U.S. The second-round dates and locations have been announced on www.criticalthinkingchallenge.com. Each regional team winner will receive a check from Eye Level in the amount of $500.00 ($1,000 total for the team).

You do not need to be a current Eye Level student to participate or win. There is a $10 registration fee to participate in the Event. The registration fee is waived for current Eye Level members with the use of a member code. The Event is open to U.S. and Canada legal residents who are in 3rd Grade to 6th Grade during the current school year.
